Leslie Beltowski is the founder of The Aesthetic Era and an experienced Physician Associate who has served the Richmond area for over 11 years. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University, and before specializing in aesthetics in 2021, she worked in emergency medicine and primary care.

Her own journey with skin concerns and confidence is what led her into aesthetic medicine. After transforming her skin and seeing the impact it had on how she felt, Leslie became passionate about helping others feel radiant, confident, and at home in their own skin.

Known for her artistic eye and holistic approach, Leslie specializes in facial rejuvenation and is dedicated to creating natural-looking results in a positive, uplifting environment.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Parker and Wade. She also loves running, snowboarding, backyard soccer, and living each day with gratitude and faith.

Iveth

Master Esthetician

Hi, I’m Iveth Montenegro, and I’ve been a Master Esthetician since 2011. With over a decade of experience, my passion lies in addressing individual skin concerns through personalized treatments. I believe in creating customized skincare solutions because no two people are the same, and I’m dedicated to finding what works best for each client.

I have a diverse background in medical, organic, and Korean skincare, allowing me to bring a holistic approach to every treatment. Originally from Costa Rica, I hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing, which enhances my ability to understand the science behind skincare. I’ve lived in the United States for more than half of my life, and I’m proud to call it home.

My faith in God has always been my guiding light, and I’m deeply grateful for His unconditional love and support throughout my journey. In addition to my love for skincare, I’m a proud mom of two sons: Caleb, 25, and Ivan, 9. They are the light of my life! Outside of work, I have a deep love for nature—especially orchids, which are my favorite plants.

Meet Jenna Berube,

Jenna is the warm, welcoming face that helps make every visit to The Aesthetic Era feel like home. She is truly passionate about helping others look and feel their best—from the inside out—and takes pride in creating a space where every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through our doors.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in fashion marketing, Jenna has a natural eye for aesthetics, photography, and design. She loves curating beautiful details and appreciates how everything—from skincare to environment—comes together to create a cohesive, elevated experience.

With a genuine love for people and a talent for connection, Jenna ensures your visit is seamless, supportive, and uplifting every step of the way.

Outside of the office, you can find her on the tennis court, enjoying the sunshine, playing piano, or getting lost in a good book.
